ooc| This is a continuation of the thread over here: silverpeltxxsecrets.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=dawnterritory&action=display&thread=80&page=2 except now it concerns not just Longpelt and Dewleaf but the whole clan.
bic| Dewleaf excitedly came into camp, narrowly missing the line of bramble and thorns that lined the camp. She didn't even check to see whether or not Longpelt was following her.
"Roaringstar, Roaringstar!" she called out to the leader in front of his den.
Now, there was not much she could do but wait.

Roaringstar had been having a splendid time taking his mid-day nap when the load and obnoxious call of his warrior, Dewleaf, erupted through his ears. He had gotten used to slowly falling asleep when the sun was about to fall from its seat in the sky and gently tumble down to sunset as he had gotten farther into his leadership, but now and again it seemed to be dispelled by some warrior or apprentice or queen or elder or medicine cat calling for him through the entire camp. Now, he didn't find it particularly annoying, rather he enjoyed being on top of the issues with the Clan. But sometimes, yes, sometimes even the most childish and energetic tom liked to rest. There was some signs of an old man in his yet.
"Dewleaf?" he called out from inside of his den as he shook the sand that was stuck to him out. The flecks were kind of annoying, scratching against his sensitive skin. His face twisted for a bit, a frown crawling around his usually pleasant face. He needed to get this and out of here soon. "Yes? Should I come out there?" The great, lion-esque tom gave himself a final shake before he emerged from the lichen that covered his leaderly den.
"Did you discover something?" Roaringstar sounded extremely interested at the way that she presented herself. She was almost breathless. He was grinning, it must've meant that something exciting or terribly bad had happened.

"Yes!" Dewleaf was still panting from her run. "Found...place!" The cream warrior quickly summarized the contents of Longpelt and her discovery, though she did leave out the part where she had accidentally tumbled into Longpelt. No need to trouble him about how clumsy I am, thought Dewleaf. "So, should we tell the clan about it?" Her eyes gleamed, proud of her discovery (but she did have to share the credit with Longpelt).

"Found...place!
The way that she said that made Roaringstar's fur edge to a new fluff. She found something that hadn't been discovered on the territory until now? Yes, he hadn't been thinking to the test the very edges of DawnClan territory to the point that it almost escaped into the vast wilderness beyond, but at least his warriors had. Then again, a lot of his warriors happened to act a lot more responsible than he was. It was just the way that it went, he supposed. But, she had to pause before she began her story and that made the suspense, in Roaringstar's mind, grow. It also caused this sudden impulse to shake the girl until she revealed the newest tale in DawnClan. He barely retained this childish longing.
Roaringstar's lips twitched by the end, thinking back to the time that he had wandered through the two-leg nest. It had been long before, some time when he was a young warrior playing games with his apprentice. However, the game had not led them to be playing in the very back of the house, and so he had not set his eyes on the vast supply of greens that it stored. There was a glimmer of wonder in his eyes.
"Tell the medicine cat," he cast his eyes towards the den which withheld the healer of the Clan. "They'll be the one that needs to know the most. If they need help getting the herbs, then they can tell who ever has to go fetch them." The tom blinked for a moment before a grin began to form on his face. "Good job, Dewleaf. I'll congratulate Longpelt when he comes back. Maybe we could have an adventure deeper into the territory." The older tom barely contained his excited giggles. That was going to be fun, whenever it was too happen.

Longpelt had been slowly following Dewleaf back to the camp. He had a habit of thinking over these things, though he didn't know why. He had growled at first when she ran off, but wasn't about to try again, knowing that she probably wouldn't even hear him. He fell back into his thinking. "Is it safe?" He pondered. "What if the twolegs come back?" He asked himself, though he knew he didn't have the answer. He shook his head. "Of course they won't, you saw the place yourself. It was over grown with weeds." He stopped suddenly, realizing he had been talking to himself, again. "I need to stop doing that." He muttered.
He finally made to the camp. Looking up, he saw that Dewleaf had already told Roaringstar about the abandoned twoleg nest. He walked slowly over. "Hello Dewleaf." He growled without looking at her. He forced himself to be more respecting to his leader. He bowed his head. "Hello, Roaringstar. I assume Dewleaf here already told you?" He sat down, once again calm and cool.
OOC:// I hope I'm not too late? xD
