All the regular rules apply when RPing in Starclan, but there are some exceptions!
-You can play as ANY cat which has not existed in our forum's roleplay. For example, I could play as the previous leader of Stealthclan. Heck, be Firestar if you want to.
-However, if you killed off one of your own cats, only you can play as that cat. Ain't you special~
-You CAN'T roleplay as a cat that was actually created by someone else and then died.
-When roleplaying, you can't make any plot-moving decisions unless the staff PMs you to do so.
-No need to make a profile form for Starclanners.
-It's like you take a costume of a cat, put it on, play for it as a while, and then shed it off for someone else ro rp.
